Bergen County Parks Concert Series 2026

Bergen County Parks runs its own free outdoor concert series each summer across multiple park locations — concerts only, with no admission charge and no tickets required. The 2026 schedule has not yet been officially published but is expected in late May or early June. Based on prior years, the concert season runs Thursday evenings from mid-July through late August.

Overpeck County Park Amphitheater — Ridgefield Park

Address: 199 Challenger Road, Ridgefield Park, NJ

The Overpeck County Park Amphitheater is the flagship concert venue in the Bergen County Parks series. Free Thursday evening shows start at 7:00 PM and typically run from mid-July through mid-August. Past lineups have included boyband tributes, Motown classics, Latin orchestra, 80s rock, and Bon Jovi/Journey tribute acts. Bring lawn chairs.

Pascack Brook County Park — Westwood / Emerson

Address: 150 Emerson Road, Westwood, NJ

Pascack Brook County Park hosts Tuesday evening concerts as part of the county series. Past performers have included Motown tribute acts, modern country, R&B, salsa bands, and Taylor Swift tributes. A quieter, more relaxed alternative to Overpeck for Pascack Valley residents.

Wortendyke Barn Museum — Park Ridge

Crestwood Lake Summer Concert Series — Allendale, NJ

One of Bergen County’s most scenic concert settings — live music right on the lake at Crestwood Lake. Bring a chair, bring a friend, and enjoy a free summer night out. All shows run 7:00–10:00 PM.

Closter runs its summer concert series at the Concert Corner stage at Closter Plaza. This walkable downtown location makes it easy to grab dinner first and settle in for a show.

Elmwood Park — Summer Concert Series at Field Band Shell

Location: Field Band Shell, 500 Mola Boulevard, Elmwood Park, NJ

Elmwood Park runs one of Bergen County’s most impressive tribute-band lineups every summer at the Field Band Shell on Mola Boulevard. All concerts begin at 7:30 PM. Free admission — bring your lawn chairs. The full 2026 lineup:

Fort Lee — Music in the Park at Fort Lee Commons

Location: Fort Lee Commons Park, Fort Lee, NJ

Organized by the Business District Alliance of Fort Lee, Music in the Park runs select Friday evenings from 6:00–8:30 PM at Fort Lee Commons. The series stretches further than most — four dates spread from June through September. Bring lawn chairs and the family. The 2026 dates:

Fair Lawn — Robert ‘Scooter’ Young Special Events Stage

Hackensack — Sounds of Summer Concert Series

Location: The Green, outside Bergen County Courthouse, Hackensack, NJ

Hackensack’s Sounds of Summer runs Friday evenings at 7:00 PM on The Green — the open lawn just outside the Bergen County Courthouse in the heart of downtown. The series covers jazz, soul, swing, and contemporary hits. Rain location: Hackensack Performing Arts Center (HACPAC). All events are free.

Hasbrouck Heights — Summer Concert Series at Woodland Park

Location: Woodland Park, Hasbrouck Heights, NJ

Hasbrouck Heights brings three free outdoor concerts to Woodland Park’s pavilion this summer, running Thursday evenings from 6:00–8:00 PM. The 2026 lineup:

Lodi’s 2026 summer lineup kicks off in June with three confirmed dates:

Midland Park — Library Concert Series

Location: Midland Park Memorial Library, 250 Godwin Avenue, Midland Park, NJ

Presented by the Friends of the Midland Park Memorial Library, this free Wednesday evening concert series runs 7:00–8:30 PM on the library grounds. The 2026 lineup includes:

Lyndhurst — Music Under the Stars

Location: Town Hall Park, Delafield Avenue, Lyndhurst, NJ

Lyndhurst’s Music Under the Stars is one of Bergen County’s biggest free outdoor music events — a four-night summer festival at Town Hall Park featuring two bands per night across every genre from ABBA tributes to Chicago, doo-wop, and rock. The 2026 festival runs July 8–11:

Location: Memorial Park Band Shell, Grant Avenue, Maywood, NJ

Maywood’s Summer Concerts run on Wednesday evenings from 7:00–8:45 PM at the Memorial Park Band Shell on Grant Avenue. Food trucks on site — bring a chair. Rain policy: check maywoodnj.com after 12:00 PM on the day of the show. The full 2026 lineup:

Mahwah — TD Summer Concert Series at Ramapo College

Location: Bandshell Lawn, Ramapo College of New Jersey, 505 Ramapo Valley Road, Mahwah, NJ

Ramapo College’s TD Summer Concert Series brings free live music to the scenic Bandshell Lawn on the RCNJ campus — one of the most unique outdoor concert settings in Bergen County. Shows run Thursdays in July from 7:00–9:00 PM, with fireworks closing out the opening night. The full 2026 lineup:

Oradell — Summer Concerts 2026

Location: Memorial Field and Schirra Park, Oradell, NJ

Oradell packs six concerts into its summer calendar, most of which run Thursday evenings at 7:00 PM at Memorial Field. The lineup spans country, island, doo-wop, and big band — and the August 9 Tommy’s Bubble Time Summer Show is a standout family pick for younger kids. The full 2026 lineup:

Location: Memorial Field Covered Pavilion (behind Borough Hall), Park Ridge, NJ

Free outdoor shows every Thursday in August under the covered pavilion behind Borough Hall. One of Bergen County’s most charming municipal setups. The 2026 lineup:

Ridgewood — Kasschau Memorial Shell

Location: Kasschau Memorial Shell, Ridgewood, NJ

Ridgewood’s Kasschau Memorial Shell runs one of the most ambitious free concert programs in all of Bergen County — two nights a week, every week, from June through early August. Tuesdays run 8:30–10:00 PM, and Thursdays run 7:30–9:30 PM, giving you more than 18 performances across the summer. The 2026 season opens June 4 with the Ridgewood High School Bands. It spans everything from choral music and jazz to Springsteen tributes, Grateful Dead covers, and a Grammy-nominated Latin jazz septet. Standout dates include the Ridgewood Symphony Orchestra on June 30, celebrating America’s 250th anniversary, and the Dads’ Night Band — Ridgewood’s own — on July 16.

Rutherford — Lincoln Park Band Shell

Teaneck — Community Band Concert Series

Location: Milton A. Votee Park Bandshell, Palisade Avenue, Teaneck, NJ

Now in its 81st season, the Teaneck Community Band brings free Wednesday evening concerts to Votee Park’s bandshell at 8:00 PM. The band draws from over 100 volunteer musicians and covers a wide range of music, including classical, pop, Broadway, movie themes, and traditional marches. Westwood — Summer Concert Series + Community Band

Location: Veterans Memorial Park, Westwood, NJ
